- Cut the foil to size: the edge sealing foil must be cut to size to fit the edges exactly. Edge sealing foils can usually be purchased from us already fitted as requested, but if you are cutting them yourself, you will need to measure as accurately as possible.
- Don't over-tighten the film: if the film is pulled too tightly, it can deform and may not fit the surface perfectly. The film should be kept slightly taut when applying.
- Press the edges thoroughly: after applying the edge sealing films, it is a good idea to press the film thoroughly on the edges to ensure good adhesion.
